A perplexing problem, but Rose saved the day. I worked with Rose Byrd in the Herson's Honda Service Department. She really did an excellent job. I was having a recurring problem with my Honda Accord. Rose helped me "hang in there" while the mechanics became detectives to find the source of my electrical problem. They were excellent in diagnosing an annoying problem. They persisted until they found the cause. I got my accord back as good as new and running like a champ once again. I can't say enough good things about Rose and the Service people at Herson's!! More

They have always been the dealership I have dealt with and I want to continue that relationship. They have a special lady who has been in their service department for almost 30 years whose name is Rose Byrd. Because she relates so well to women who sometimes feel out of place in an auto dealership service area, and speaks so personally to us, she makes a real difference. I drive further because she makes me comfortable. I'll continue coming to Herson's as long as they continue to do good work and to have Rose there to greet me. More

Great experience - fast and easy Drew was our sales rep. We went on a quick Pilot test drive but told him we were waiting to see the 2018 Odyssey before making a final decision. Comfortable place to wait even during remodeling. I feel they do know what they are talking about even though they may not always be perfect, but then neither am I as a customer always perfect. Hard to perfectly judge price since I do not shop around much. But based on my experience seems OK and as a repeat regular customer there are often additional benefits. They let you know cost accurately upfront. Not at all unhappy. More
