30K service was a breeze Rose Byrd, my service advisor, was very helpful. Dropped off the S2000 at appt. time, and the car was ready for pickup at the time requested. When above and beyond to find the pilot we wanted The staff and Jonathan C. Went out of their way to find us the car we wanted. We arrived to look at a 2017 Pilot however it had sold and was no longer The staff and Jonathan C. Went out of their way to find us the car we wanted. We arrived to look at a 2017 Pilot however it had sold and was no longer available. Jonathan attempted to get us to bite on another one in a different color, and even made us a generous offer. My wife really wanted a white one and Jonathan told us they didn't have and wouldn't be getting one in for at least a month. At that point we were ready to walk away but Jonathan said hold on a minute made a few calls and talked with other staff, and minutes later he told us they found another Pilot exactly like the one we wanted. The staff rushed off to another dealer and got us want we wanted, and had the vehicle on the lot ready to got with in a matter of hours. Next morning we arrived to pick up our new vehicle with out a single glitch or surprises. This dealer did what previous ones could not do. Another area dealer told us sorry we don't have what you want and tried to sell us on something else and did not even attempt to locate the vehicle we had to have. HERSONS HONDA went beyond my expectations and did all the leg work for us in giving my wife and I EXACTLY the Honda Pilot we were looking for. More

We never felt pressured by him or anyone at the dealership to make a decision or to buy a certain car. We shopped around for the best price before going to Herson’s. We have purchased a Civic before from Herson’s in 2012 and wanted to stay with them. They gave us there price and we said that we had a better offer, and so they came back and gave us the same offer, so we made a deal and bought the new Civic. Great! More
