will not use again I should give them zero star if there is one. I have had my car for engine oil change there. There are two times we found oil leak after oil change, I I should give them zero star if there is one. I have had my car for engine oil change there. There are two times we found oil leak after oil change, I have to drive my car back each time to get it fixed. then the 3rd time, they forgot to reset maintenance indicator (which they said they did in the work sheet) , I was asked to go back again to complete their job. that means I have to make 6 trips for 3 oil change. I can not understand why oil change is such a difficult job for a car dealer. Manager Matt is not helpful. Of course it is so easy for them just ask customer go back to fix their problem, it may take them less than one minute to do it, but do they respect customer's time? I work full time with 3 kids, I just do not have time visit their store 2 times every time for just 1 oil change. Tired of it! why they can not be responsible for their job? I do not expect the best, I just expect they will do what they supposed to do, make a complete job each time, every time. will NOT use again for sure! More

Beisde the software update, they also ran a completed checkup on my car and make sure it was running in good condition. The service experience was very smooth and efficient.
