The worked performed required in addition to the maintenance was to replace by battery, wipers, and brake fluid. Skipped out on cleaning out the throttle intake and valves for an additional $200. The work is always well done and as expected. Any issues I go back and have it fixed. No issues with making sure all issues are taken care of when needed at this dealer. More

Once I pulled into the car serv , at Herson Honda give me the best experience I could ever have at a car dealership today Saturday, February 11, 2017. Once I pulled into the car service area I was greeted by Mr. Parker. He asked me for my last name and checked to verify my 2:00pm appointment. Mr. Parker checked my lights a day the outside of my car. Then he explainthe type of services my car would be receiving today and the length of time it would take. Normally as explain the B 1 maintenance could take up to 2 hours to complete luckily my car was done with in an hour and a half. Once my car was ready Mr. Parker went over the whole process with me which really help me understand everything that was done to my car. I personally want to thank Mr. Mike Parker for has great customer service to me. More

A few years ago when I was desperate for immediate car service so I could make a long drive to see my dying mother, Rose scheduled my service instantly so I could make my trip. The first time I visited the dealership it was a waste of time and an unpleasant experience during the purchase process of the vehicle. I left without the car however, the manager called the next day to try to fix my experience the previous day. After more negotiations, I purchased my Honda Civic and love the car. I just had my first service and a factory recall completed. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Great Job!!!! More
