This was just a check up on my EV car. I did ask to have them look at my trunk and they really didn’t figure it out. Also, when I got home, I could not open up the car with my hands. When Herson's service completed the recall work, the backup camera and radio unit was broken, to which they admitted no fault. No apology, just that it would be very expensive to replace.
