Herson Kia is always a great experience. This time around, however, the time originally communicated to me was not the correct time it would take for my car to be done. On top of that my car was an overnight fix, which caused me to need a rental. I was told that I would have to rent a car with my own money and I would be reimbursed. I have yet to be reimbursed for the rental. Pretty inconvenient. This is not a usual situation for Herson's so I extended grace but it still was frustrating. More
