We had a wonderful experience at Herson’s Kia, it was by far the best car purchase/lease experience we had had in the past 9 years. All the staff were delt with from the salesperson (Matthew Hunter) to sale far the best car purchase/lease experience we had had in the past 9 years. All the staff were delt with from the salesperson (Matthew Hunter) to sales manager (Jazz Delos Santos) and Financing Manager (Josue Flores) were amazing, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions, all the staff were very open and transparent with us, and they were very patient in answering all our questions and staying with us way beyond closing time to make sure we were satisfied with before committing to the purchase and lease. All the staff made our experience stress free and enjoyable. Our experience was so good that we got two cars from them!!! More
Came in to see what the 'refill inverter fluid' message was all about. Turns out there was a factory recall they never told me about. They performed the recall service but messed it up the first time and I was all about. Turns out there was a factory recall they never told me about. They performed the recall service but messed it up the first time and I had to go back. Also, on the sheet they give you about what the car needs, the front tires were marked yellow and the back tires green. When I came in to get the front tires replaced they told me I needed back tires as well. I pointed to the green check marks for the back tires. I was told you you can't go by that, you have to look at the measurements give further down on the sheet. Nonsense, nobody is going to do that! More
I brought my car in for a service that was to take about an hour and a half, but ended up being over three hours long. It might have been even longer if I didn't ask "how much longer you think?", while I wa an hour and a half, but ended up being over three hours long. My second time there. First time since I bought a new Kia there. It was there for a 7,500 mile check up- standard stuff. The experience was very disappointing. I had an First time since I bought a new Kia there. It was there for a 7,500 mile check up- standard stuff. The experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment. I dropped off the car at 9:10 am. I was told it would be ready before 12 noon. 11:15 am, I came back to the service desk to check back and see the status. I was told: “still working on it”, it will be ready by 1pm. I looked inside the service bay but did not see my car in there. 11:30 am, I walked outside and saw my car was still parked in the lot, and locked. 11:40 am, I see in my Kia app that the car has now moved, the doors are now unlocked, front windows and hood open, so it finally went into the shop. 12:39 I received a call that the service is complete. OK, not the end of the world that I was originally told it would be ready by 12 noon and instead it was finished before 1 pm. BUT, I think I was not told the truth re "still working on it". I think the car was not pulled into the service bay until 11:40 and it was finished an hour later. TRUST is important and this shook my trust int he service department. And the reason I came to Herson and bought my Kia there was that I had a bad service experience at King Kia, where I had bought my previous Kia. More
