The vehicle I purchased arrived with damage sustained during transport, and the dealer assured me that they would order a new bumper and replace it once it arrived. Fast forward a year later, and I found myself chasing them down for updates on the replacement. To my dismay, the dealer reneged on their promise and refused to replace the damaged bumper. This decision, I was told, came directly from the owner, demonstrating a clear disregard for integrity and the value of their word. As someone who has spent their life in sales, I've come to understand that actions speak louder than words, and this experience has revealed the true nature of this particular company and its owner. It is disheartening to see a business that places so little value on their integrity and the promises they make to their customers. Fortunately, I have no intention of ever dealing with them again. However, I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling into the same trap and make more informed decisions when choosing a car dealership. Remember, a company's true colors often shine through in the way they treat their customers, and in this case, those colors were far from reassuring. More

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days a They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative! Last August I purchased a new 2015 Buick Enclave. Steve Johnson was my sales agent. I visited him on three occasions before I purchased the vehicle. Every visit he would work with me and always took time to answer any questions. What I like most about Steve, is that he has called me on numerous times after the sale to ascertain if there is anything that he could do. I have never had a sales agent call me after the sale on any of the previous autos I purchased. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. More

My sales person, Xavier Thomas was excellent, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, he was very knowledgeable about their inventory and made sure to get me into a car i really wanted. A big thank you to their GM Doug Mummert, Sales manager Paul Osborne and finance manager Frank Stokes for working so hard to get the car that I wanted to that store. I'd recommend anyone to visit this location, their outstanding staff and large array of makes and models is definitely worth the trip! More
