His knowledge of the vehicle and the process of the purchase was superior. He took the time to go through all of the electronics within the vehicle, which I needed. He also set up the Chevy app on my phone and showed me how to use it. After the purchase was complete, he even took me to the service center where he introduced me to everyone there and scheduled my first service appointment. A couple of days after the purchase I got an e-mail from asking if I was satisfied and if I had any questions about the car. He left the door open to contact him in the future about the vehicle.
