Very quick to respond to any questions or to clarify anything. I would absolutely recommend anyone shopping for a Subaru to just go ahead and skip their local dealership (which by the way was $3000 more than Heuberger shipped to my house!) and just go ahead and order from Heuberger. Safe to say my next Subaru will be bought from them. Thanks again! More

Always willing to answer questions and got back to me either by email or phone ASAP. Could not have asked for a better sales experience. Was great the whole way through the process and a great financing guy Mark. Things could not have gone smoother dealing with these guys. I would highly recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone and everyone. Too bad I'm from PA and can't take the car there for service but i know it would be just as great as this all was. Thats another thing is I'm from PA and not the easiest thing with the time zone difference for making contact and getting the i's dotted and t's crossed but these guys were fantastic the whole time. Car arrived quickly and everyone was professional. Cant say enough good things about my experience and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. More

We started our search for a new (2014) Subaru Forester on Truecar.com. That led us to three participants, of which, Heuberger was the one with the most volume of business. Tommy was great. He was easygoing, there was no pressure, he answered absolutely every question we had, and presented us with great options. However, these cars seem to hold their value so well (we purchased a 2014 Outback). After much thought, it made sense to pay the extra $4,000 - $5,000 to have the warranty and a chance at having all the service done on time. So really, these cars sell themselves. I think there's a reason why everyone and their grandmother drives a Subaru in Colorado. However, Tommy was great. My husband makes really obnoxious jokes.. Tommy was so relaxed and easygoing, he matched my husband's sense of humor and engaged him really well. That's just what we needed. Tommy spent at least two sessions with us.. that's at least a few hours. I'm really picky, and he went out of his way to find a vehicle that had the options that I wanted. In fact, I should have just bought it on that second visit. So far, I'm very happy with the service that we received. I love a salesman/saleswoman that can enjoy themselves and laugh at our bad jokes. More
