Josh was perfect. He communicated very well, worked to fill our requests and answered every question. When we finally decided on a 2018 Crosstrek, we ordered and received exactly what we asked for. While working with Heuberger's business office, we worked with Herman Hudson and he was just as great to work with. Great experience! I was not looking forward to buying a new car because it usually takes SO long to figure out what you want and then going to the dealership is usually I was not looking forward to buying a new car because it usually takes SO long to figure out what you want and then going to the dealership is usually another day process... Not true with Heuberger Subaru! We test drove the car on a Saturday, communicated with Patti and John at the dealership through email and a couple of times over the phone. By the following Saturday we had our new Crosstrek... we met Patti at 8:00a in the morning at the dealership and were out by 10:30a (Yes, the same day!). The finance process was painless too and appreciated not being pressured to buy warranties and other bells and whistles. Herman was fun and engaging and Collin came to meet us after we convinced Herman to call and ask if the extended warranty covered a Zombie Apocalypse (seriously!) They are so accommodating and friendly... it was a great experience all around! Totally recommend Heuberger... family owned and it shows! More
