Although, we ended up not buying a car (long story), we enjoyed Andy and appreciated all of his efforts to help us out. He was reliable and very quick with responses to our (many!) questions. We definitely recommend Heuberger's and perhaps someday will actually meet Andy. More

I was hesitant to purchase a car in another state over the internet, but Jennifer took care of us with aplomb during our first purchase; after that, the next two times were also amazingly easy and worryfree! I am having thoughts of buying our fourth Subaru and will look forward to contacting Jennifer when I am ready to buy. Heuberger is a great dealership and Heuberger and Jennifer Bell make it worthwhile to take a trip to Colorado Springs from the Houston area to buy a Subaru for such a pleasant buying experience. He was patient, understanding and always ready to help, even on his day off if needed. When we found the vehicle we wanted ( a vehicle most dealerships would sell 'as is' or auction) it needed a few things: windshield and tires needed replacing (safety) and I noticed the AC wasn't working right. Windshield and tires replaced (with my preference of tires!) no sweat and when the AC turned into a nightmare to repair Heurberger could have easily said enough is enough and it's your problem, but no it was done and done right. Jarad kept us informed the whole time and I'm sure took some heat for going to bat for us but that is how he is. I have nothing but the highest respect for both Jarad and Heuberger for how they responded in this instance. When the time comes for another vehicle I know where to go. More

Tom was exceptional in his level of service. We came into the dealership looking to price different models, knowing that the exact model we wanted (2018 Crosstrek) has not yet been released. We test drove a few vehicles and really pinpointed what our preferences were by the end of the day. Although we didn't make a purchase today, we know for a fact that we would love to purchase a car with Tom in the future and recommend him to anyone else who is in the market for a Subaru from Heuberger. We've had excellent experiences with the service department over last three years and can now say the same thing for the sales department as well. More

Plus, they have a great coffee bar! they give me all the information I need to make a good decision and then (just as important) the time and space to think things out! I worked with Josh specifically and am keeping his contact information at hand! He was friendly, respectful, and funny! I've had experiences with dealers who were disrespectful and condescending to me in the past and Josh was always professional and kind. Josh gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision. He was patient and understanding and happy to answer ALL of my endless questions! Then, (just as important) Josh gave me the time and space to think things out and make my decision. I hope to have this car forever, but should anything change, I'd go back to Josh at Heuberger and would recommend anyone else to do so. More

It's always a little bothersome when places try to get you to finance through them, and like any dealership they had someone talk to me about those options but they were very understanding when I declined.
