Prior to our first stop at the dealership, we had done a great deal of research and had a pretty definite idea in terms of what we wanted to buy. We had also been encouraged to buy a Subaru based on the good experiences and recommendations of our children to buy at Heuberger's. When we arrived, our dealer did an excellent job answering any remaining questions we had and also offered pertinent information regarding things we had perhaps not considered, Through the entire experience, we gathered a great deal of information but never felt pushed or pressured in any direction. It was a pleasant experience when compared with others we have had over the years. We are retired. At this point in life, we have bought and sold many vehicles. This purchase was our best experience of all. More

They have no respect for peoples time. If you are gonna take your car for sevice ,dont believe that they consider your time or transportantion issues. I set up i appointment , 3 weeks out. I took my car in on my day at 8 am . They said they would call me within 2 hours to give me estimate. 4 hours later i still didnot hear from them. I called them. They had not even looked at my car. They said again they would csll me in hour. 4 hours later i still had not heard from them , so i called them . They said they still had not even looked at my car. I had scheuled rides to and from there. For that day. Now im in a jam with no car. They just should have told me they couldnt do it or why schedule an appointment knowing you not gonna even be close to doing the work. They DO NOT CARE about customer. I will nevere use them agsin More

Amazing! I have bought almost a dozen cars in my life through dealerships. This was the first time that there was no haggling, what can I do to get you in thi I have bought almost a dozen cars in my life through dealerships. This was the first time that there was no haggling, what can I do to get you in this car stuff, going back and forth to the finance guy. When a sales person says that this deal is on the table now and not tomorrow I am done. There was none of that which made it very easy and pleasant. Patti is wonderful and fun to work with. In no way is she pushy. I needed to go home and think about this and she was awesome about it! I would recommend Patti and this dealership to anyone looking for a great car! More
