I had never purchased a vehicle through only e-mail and phone calls, but I honestly cannot imagine dealing on a new vehicle in-person again. Josh made the process painless and fun, even when I had to change plans and have the Forester delivered on a truck to Montana rather than flying in to drive the vehicle back home. There were also questions that I had well after the sale that Josh was too happy to answer and in a timely manner. Just awesome! I look forward to buying another Subaru from Josh and you should too. Prior to our first stop at the dealership, we had done a great deal of research and had a pretty definite idea in terms of what we wanted to buy. We had also been encouraged to buy a Subaru based on the good experiences and recommendations of our children to buy at Heuberger's. When we arrived, our dealer did an excellent job answering any remaining questions we had and also offered pertinent information regarding things we had perhaps not considered, Through the entire experience, we gathered a great deal of information but never felt pushed or pressured in any direction. It was a pleasant experience when compared with others we have had over the years. We are retired. At this point in life, we have bought and sold many vehicles. This purchase was our best experience of all. More
