Service is slacking and rates are going up. They started to charge extra fees for credit card uses. I had my Toyota oil change and tire rotation. They did the multi-point inspection. Last time I had this done at the same place, it was 20 Nov 2025, and it showed my tires tread depth 7, 7, 6, 6, and my brakes measurements 9 &9 for front brakes and 7 & 7 for rear brakes. I have not done anything to my vehicle since I had it serviced in Nov, except driving around. Yesterday (16 Jul 2025)I took my vehicle for the same service (oil change, tires rotation and multi point inspection). My tires and my rear brakes grew on their own (according to their inspection). Tires thread is 6, 6, 6, and 8. Rear brakes 8 and 8...go figure More

I bought a 2019 Ford Edge in 2025, after almost half a year it had Transmission issues, got it flushed at another place and black stuff came out. This flushing was repeated 3 months later and Transmission year it had Transmission issues, got it flushed at another place and black stuff came out. This flushing was repeated 3 months later and Transmission is about to go out. Offered was another vehicle and Trade-in of mine that would have made me almost $12000 up-side-down. I was told that nobody really couldn't help at this point, since I opted out on extended warranty at sales day, because of limited finances. So here I am spending $6500 out of pocket to hopefully get the car fixed. I think it was doped. This is my first dealership experience and sadly I have to say it has not been the best. Honesty used to be going a long way, but I am not sure if in today's time it still does. Ute Moore More
