The customer service here is another level. Dean was a fantastic customer service rep and was extremely helpful. I was not having a great day by the time I had pulled in to the dealership. I’ve had a hard fantastic customer service rep and was extremely helpful. I was not having a great day by the time I had pulled in to the dealership. I’ve had a hard time finding a new tire for my car (there is a screw stuck in there that can’t be patched) and overall it has just been a headache lately. However, I left a much happier camper. They didn’t have a specific replacement tire for me (not shocked by that) but they did do a complimentary tire rotation for me to make sure that if anything did happen while I waited for a new tire that I would be safer with the flat in the back. They competed my oil change and new breaks in a timely manner as well as doing their utmost to make sure I got the best deal possible with all of the expenses accruing on the car recently. My day may not have been going well but by the time I left I was in good spirits! More

Tyler was extremely personal and effective with matching my needs with a car. It was obvious that the dealership was extremely busy while I was buying my Tacoma.
