It was horrible. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours and it took over three hours. Your service department made innumerable mistakes. Most importantly, when you realized there was not a stall for hours and it took over three hours. Your service department made innumerable mistakes. Most importantly, when you realized there was not a stall for my truck at the appointed time the service person should have come to me and asked if I wanted to come back at another time or if I wanted a Lyft car to go home. Instead my truck was finally put on the lift after the time it was suppose to be finished. Finally, the truck sat out in the parking lot because the service rep went to lunch and no one covered for him. No one reviewed the things that were done. More
