We are no longer concerned with Heyward Allen. You guys had a chance yesterday and blew it. We have gone to another dealer and traded the truck in. We also looked over our paperwork and found a Platinum warranty that we didn't approve of nor have explained to us as well as $599 in fees. This made for an additional $4000 plus the $21,000 the truck was priced at (which was itself $6,000 over market value). Due to the underhanded nature of your company, we will no longer be associating with you, or your employees, and will tell everyone we know about the tactics that are employed when you deal with customers. You're about money and not the customer. We had to deal with $7,000 in negative equity due to you all.

Heyward Allen offered a refund on the gap coverage and platinum warranty. It will take about a month to get the refund, but it's better than ignoring the customer.
