I setup an appointment for an airbag recall several weeks ago. Heyward Allen called me last week to confirm that that part had been ordered and arrived. I took my car in yesterday for my appointment. They had my appointment scheduled, but their electronic records showed no part being ordered for my recall. They told me I would need to reschedule my appointment. I left the dealership and called the office to reschedule. It turns out they misspelled my name, so the part never made it to my account. One of the supervisors called shortly thereafter to coordinate picking up my car from work so that I wouldn't have to go back out there to get it fixed. That was much appreciated, but communication wasn't great after that. They returned my car to me 3 hours later, but it would have been nice to know it was going to take that long because I would have rescheduled to do it another time. I ended up staying at work an hour later than I wanted to and had to continue to contact them to figure out when it would be done and returned to me More
