It’s A Car Buying Miracle story! I actually left with a car! I have been wanting to trade my car in for the past Year and have been working with Phil Cross that whole time. Phil was always patient, never made me feel like I had to buy something and never seemed bothered by my ridiculous indecisiveness. It was actually comical. I would say I’m embarrassed to come back into the dealership because I had been in there soooo many times without buying anything. Yet, Phil would still call me anytime a used car came in meeting my every changing criteria. He worked so hard for me and we FINALLY closed the deal on the perfect car for me... a certified preowned Rav4. Did you know a certified Toyota has a 7 year 100k mike warranty from the day you buy it!!!! Wow!! I did not. Trust me- You will Love your Toyota and You will LOVE LOVE LOVE working with Phil Cross.
