Online out off state purchase. I found a used Jeep online that Heyward had in stock with some good photos and it was just what I was looking for. Tim Jump got right back to me and it was still available, he shot a video and emailed me a link. At that point I ask them to hold it for me and what was the best way to handle an out of state purchase. They prepare and sent all the necessary paperwork with an overnight return envelope. I ask a relative to go take it for a test drive and look it over. The vehicle checked out to be everything I hoped it to be and they drove it home where I will pick it up later. I Would Give Them Six Stars If Possible I should really call this review the "Tale of Two Dealerships". Earlier this week my Tundra started giving me all kinds of warning lights. Because I I should really call this review the "Tale of Two Dealerships". Earlier this week my Tundra started giving me all kinds of warning lights. Because I was concerned about drivability, I took my vehicle to the closest Toyota dealership (not this one). I was told that my car had water damage which wasn't covered under warranty and that it would be $2200.00 to fix it. I said "no thanks" and headed to Heyward Allen, providing them with an advance notice of the problem. I was met by the service manager who quickly determined that it was a poor diagnosis and that it was indeed covered under warranty. One day later the truck was ready for me. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and the way I was treated, not to mention the $2200.00 cost that was avoided. I won't mention the name of the other dealership, just good to know that my dealership - Heyward Allen, not only sold me the truck but cared enough to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. More
