WASTE of time.... I have a Camry Hybrid- it quit working on the bypass going 70 mph... the hybrid system just shut down. This is the second time this has happened to my car. Had to have it towed- Monday night my husband spoke with someone who said they would have a service tech call right back.... didn’t happen. Tuesday mid morning my husband called said it was being looked at and he would be called back with info.... we called at 4:00 and were told that they couldn’t find anything it worked fine. Refused to accept that they fixed it before for the same problem, asked to keep one more day- fine. Wednesday my husband had to call them back and track someone down to find out the status.... same response- NOTHING.... a big safety issue but they didn’t seem to care. Were told by the cashier the service manager would call today.... NO CALL... we made sure they have the correct number before we left. More
