They are Liars! I will no longer being doing business with Heyward Allen. My husband and I bought my current 4Runner from them over a year ago and I was told that if I will no longer being doing business with Heyward Allen. My husband and I bought my current 4Runner from them over a year ago and I was told that if I made my payments on time for a year I could refinance with Toyota for a lower payment. I reached back out after a year of on time payments and was told by Geary about the loyalty program and that was the last I heard from him and that was back in March. Fast forward to about a month ago my husband was up there getting the oil changed on my 4Runner and he saw a 2019 Blue 4Runner that he sent me a picture of and him and I both inquired about and have been dealing with JR in regards to it for about 2 to 3 weeks now and have still been getting the run around about it. Since Heyward Allen does not want my continued business I will take it else where. EDIT: The General Manager did call me and asked me about my review and stated that he would discuss this with the people listed below. He than calls me back and all but calls me a liar and tells me that everyone in question at Heyward Allen is calling me a lair as well. I stand by my previous statement Heyward Allen will NOT be getting any more of my business and I will tell anyone who asks NOT to due business with them either. More
