All of the staff were terrific to work with - sales, finance, even the GM. Patrick Flannery is one of the best salesmen we’ve ever worked with - friendly and knowledgeable, but also respectful and unfailingly helpful and patient with our multiple test drives and numerous questions. Mario in finance was extremely helpful and efficient, but still took the time to discuss options and answer questions, despite the number of other customers waiting for his attention. Even the GM, Derik Pannek, and the GSM, Jeff Tallent, took the time to talk to us and made sure that all of our needs were being addressed.
