Caring for Customer I used SamsClub.com/AutoBuying to look for a Certified Pre-Owned Tacoma and several came up at Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens. The 2018 SR5 Double C I used SamsClub.com/AutoBuying to look for a Certified Pre-Owned Tacoma and several came up at Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens. The 2018 SR5 Double Cab 5' Bed V6 RWD Automatic caught me eye and I called Friday afternoon (April 26th). Talked with Nancy Griffin about this Tacoma and she gave me details on the truck. Also she said this truck was out on demo for the weekend and would not be back to the dealership until 4 PM Monday. Called back at 5 PM on Monday and got in touch with Lauren Wood since Nancy was on Vacation. Made an appointment with Lauren to look at this Tacoma at 10 AM on Tuesday. Lauren met me at the front door of the dealership and showed the subject Tacoma plus we took a test drive. Told her I was interested and needed an out the door price. She went to get this price and came back with Kelvin with a price on this 2018 plus a price on a new 2019. I went for the new 2019. Everyone was friendly and courteous that I deal with. More
