Excellent Customer Service I live 2 1/2 hours from this dealership and I was searching for a very particular model, color and package on a vehicle. I had called several dealers I live 2 1/2 hours from this dealership and I was searching for a very particular model, color and package on a vehicle. I had called several dealerships across the southeast and when I called Phil Cross he was immediately on it and was able to get me just what I wanted. He was in constant contact with me and I felt confident that he would be able to deliver the vehicle that I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership he and his floor partner were friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the ins and outs of this particular model. I left there knowing that if I had any questions about this vehicle that they were only a text or call away. I actually had a question about a symbol on the dash and I sent a text and received an answer within seconds. I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else.
