I told him we only had 20 mins to look at what he had to offer from their preowned rav4. He had to RUN to get the two cars, gave us the high points about the car and we were off on our way within the 20 mins. Drek did a fabulous job with the amount of time we had with him that first visit. There was NO PRESSURE. He was just happy to let us look at the car, ask questions, and be on our way. Drek kept in touch by checking in on us, but not over the top annoying. He continued to even look for other rav4s that might fit what we were looking for. Drek was very responsive, knowledgable, patient, personable, and willing to let us test drive the rav4 all 3 times we asked. He's a great guy and easy to work with. Sonny was great as well. He was very patient and helped us by working along side Drek to help us purchase a NEW rav4. And Bill, Bill was AWESOME as well. VERY friendly and helpful with adding cool stuff to the car. He took all the time I needed and then some when asking about additions to the car and how the car works. EVERYONE was personable and friendly. Great experience for sure! More
