Excellent Maintenace Visit Assistant Sevice Manager Brett Self performed an insightful early look at my 2010 Corolla. He noticed a gash on my front driver side tire and also loo Assistant Sevice Manager Brett Self performed an insightful early look at my 2010 Corolla. He noticed a gash on my front driver side tire and also looked at the passenger side front tire. I had lost a hubcap there and he suggested going with a new set, which was more cost effective than buyin a single hubcap. When he pulled up the history of my car, he noticed that I had two free oil changes remaining. Afterwards I waited for the 5000 mile oil change and service. My gashed tire is performing adequately, the team found., and they were able to replace my hubcaps. I left feeling that my car was in good shape and was heartened that no one tried to sell me a new tire due to a cosmetic problem. Heyward Allen is consistently insightful, efficient and honest with my car are. More
