And Maria Fennell made the perfect salesperson to complete the team I needed to get my 2018 Rav4 Hybrid. I told her what I was looking for, she helped me clarify some of the perspectives I had not known to consider, and then she handed me a pricing sheet with all the details and a bottom line walk-out cost. It was so good I accepted it without even making a counter-offer. I've been driving my Rav4 Hybrid for 3 weeks and am completely satisfied.
