Decline in great customer service My wife and I had been former customers for years, but after calling recently to inquire about prior service we’ve had done on our vehicle, we will th My wife and I had been former customers for years, but after calling recently to inquire about prior service we’ve had done on our vehicle, we will think twice before looking to this dealership again for a purchase or for any service. Besides the receptionist, I was transferred three times through the service department only to have someone unfriendly and unhelpful to talk to me as if they were annoyed with my call. I will have to say that not everyone responded this way, just the final person who talked to me. It was not the type of service we’ve had in the past. Please restore what you formerly had. There is a noticeable difference! Please know that we were always pleased (in the past) with the actual repairs or maintenance we received. It was only the phone service recently that was not characteristic of what we’ve previously received from Heyward Allen. We fully understand the service person not being able to assist us due to the fact we had been a customer over two years ago, but it was the way the service person came across on the phone—very impatient and annoyed. We had just had someone tell us the information we needed to know, but then when we called back to confirm it again, the person we talked this time said she couldn’t provide what we requested, but she didn’t really attempt to try. It was quite confusing, conflicting, and frustrating! Again, please just ensure the quality customer service and exceptional name of Heyward Allen is not destroyed by one or a few bad apples. More

Maria Fennell was my primary contact person and my ultimate sales specialist. She was very honest and educated on the product. She listened to my needs and found the exact car I wanted.
