Our saleswoman, Maria Fennell, was perfect -- informative, responsive, and helpful in every way. Due to work obligations, I ended up doing most of the negotiations by email, which worked well and cut down on time at the dealership. Jeff Talent, a sales manager, also got involved a bit, and he did a great job as well. As before, we are happy with the car, happy with the purchase experience, and very much committed to making this our first-choice dealer. It's a complete package too, as the service department is top notch -- very little of the add-on sales efforts that are so common at other dealers. Excellent service at reasonable prices. Things happen, it’s how your Dealer handles it that counts I reciently bought a used 2014 Tundra from Hayward Allen Toyota. They sold me an extended bumper-to-bumper factory warranty extension. I was reluctant at first, but after negotiating back and for they made an offer that included the plan that was too good to pass up. The first week after taking the truck home the radio/nav unit died. The reality of life is that things break all the time and nothing last for ever. It was how they handled it at Hayward that mattered. The unit was covered under my extended warranty and within three days the had it back good as new. It is that kind of customer service (both in offering a useful coverage plan and fixing the problem no questions asked) that makes me recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
