I had one salesman, Weldon Taylor even buy me a coke when he realized I did not have change at the machine. I went to my car to round up some change and he would not take it. He said that for him it is more of a blessing to give than to receive. My sales lady was Maria Finnell who has years of experience and who is more interested in selling volume instead of making all her money one car. But overall a great staff. More

In and out!!! I had been loooking for an extra vehicle and had my sights set on a preowned Tacoma. I searched the web and couldn’t find what I was looking for until I ran across Heyward Allen Toyota. They had a 2007 Tacoma, exactly what I was looking for. I contacted Maria Fennell and we negotiated a good deal. I was so surprised at the personal service provided by this dealer. Within 5 mins of inquiring about this vehicle, i was sent a video of the vehicle to make sure it was what I was looking for. I explained to Maria that I lived in Texas and wouldn’t be able to pickup the truck for another week. She gladly held the vehicle for me. When I arrived I was in a slight rush so I could get on the road back to Texas. Maria had everything prepared and ready to go. Mario did all the payment paperwork, he was quick, complete and to the point! Before I knew it I was finished and in the drivers seat to make my 13 hour journey home. Some would say that just flying to Georgia and then driving back to Texas in one day is enough, but I threw in a car purchase too! Call me crazy but it worked great!!! Special shout out to Maria in sales, Mario in finance, and Theresa in the title dept. who went the extra mile to get my vehicle tittled in Texas!!! More

Excellent Dealership Experience I purchased a RAV 4 this month. My previous buying experience was in 2005, and I don't recall anything too good about it. My daughter and I did our homework on narrowing our search between two suvs. Larry Griffin was my consultant with Heyward Allen, and I can only say he was extremely thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable in responding to our questions about RAV 4 models. In one week after our initial visit and comparing other dealership pricing and quotes, we got the best offer from Heyward Allen. By phone, we exchanged all of the necessary paperwork, etc. to finalize and actually purchase the car. We set an appointment to pick up the car - there was absolutely no waiting time involved. The car was ready, and while we were waiting on finance manager, Larry showed us the dealership service end, explained how things operate and tips when coming in for service. Mario, the Finance Manager, did an excellent job in securing all the final purchase papers and explaining title, tax, etc. timelines. Aside from these individuals, it seemed apparent to me that this dealership is people oriented and cares about giving you a good experience and wanting to keep your business. How Refreshing!!! More
