For around 6 or 7 years now, Mike Oshel has been greeting me at the service bay almost every time I stop in for routine maintenance. He's attentive to my details (everything I say gets printed into the work orders for the mechanic) and he's very professional with the follow-through. I look for either Mike or Levi whenever I drive up for service. Both of them are very friendly and professional. I've always been treated well at the Heyward Allen Toyota dealership. More
