Another Good Service Experience Heyward Allen Toyota is my service center of choice for the 2010 Corolla I drive. When we arrived in the parking lot (10 minutes prior to our appointment time) salesman, Geary, called (a 4th time) to say the car had just sold...! One hour long wasted drive (2 hour round trip) and a disappointed 15 year-old and we were told by the 'manager', Jeff Tallent, that we were, "just mad someone else beat us to the punch". Despicable! The reason for my visit was to have service confirm that the battery pack on my 2007 Prius (only 86,000 miles) had in fact died! Much to my chagrin and disappointment it had. Nevertheless, Dan Cornell, in service, was on top of the task and got the bad news to me quickly while I talked to Phil in sales. So my original service visit transitioned to a sales one. In the box below, I need to check two of them which is not an option. More
