When we arrived in the parking lot (10 minutes prior to our appointment time) salesman, Geary, called (a 4th time) to say the car had just sold...! One hour long wasted drive (2 hour round trip) and a disappointed 15 year-old and we were told by the 'manager', Jeff Tallent, that we were, "just mad someone else beat us to the punch". Despicable! Nevertheless, Dan Cornell, in service, was on top of the task and got the bad news to me quickly while I talked to Phil in sales. So my original service visit transitioned to a sales one.
