Susan kept in touch with me and was re-assigned when I went in to purchase a new RAV4 hybrid. She spent several hours with me answering questions, showing me a model of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and went over all its features in great detail. She came across as knowledgeable and personable. Needless to say, someone that is as patient as Susan is not a high pressure salesperson. Heyward Allen has been selling cars in Athens, GA for many years. They have an excellent reputation in terms of their sales and service, and work in a continuous manner to maintain that standard. I will certainly return for service for my new RAV4! More
