She praised the qualities of the vehicle without being pushy, which made me feel more comfortable as I was not rushed. Maria is a true lady! When I made the decision of buying the vehicle, Maria took me through the paperwork that needed to be done and arranged everything (including tags) in a prompt and effective manner. In addition, both Maria and David McDaniel (used car sales manager) gave me a good price for the vehicle, for which I thank them. In summary, good customer service, excellent people, professional environment, very pleasant experience.
