A delightful and enjoyable New Car Adventure. After much research on new cars and visits to other dealerships, I visited Heyward Allen. Phil Cross greeted us and gave me a tour of the new cars. He was very helpful in finding a car the color and package I thought I would like. I appreciate the time he spent helping me get this special car. The tour of the facility was very helpful and made me feel at home to ask questions and get to know the people who would help me with service and assessiories. Phil spent at least forty five minutes with me going over the technology in this car, helping to program and get me started so that I would be comfortable to drive out by myself. I would highly recommend Phil Cross to anyone and I would definately want only him to help my family if we purchase another car.
