During the negotiation, they didn't try any tricks and didn't resort to high pressure tactics. We simply made a few offers until we all agreed upon a figure. Simple as that. When we're back in the market for another vehicle, we'll definitely shop at Hayward Allen again. More

A delightful and enjoyable New Car Adventure. After much research on new cars and visits to other dealerships, I visited Heyward Allen. Phil Cross greeted us and gave me a tour of the new cars. After much research on new cars and visits to other dealerships, I visited Heyward Allen. Phil Cross greeted us and gave me a tour of the new cars. He was very helpful in finding a car the color and package I thought I would like. I appreciate the time he spent helping me get this special car. The tour of the facility was very helpful and made me feel at home to ask questions and get to know the people who would help me with service and assessiories. Phil spent at least forty five minutes with me going over the technology in this car, helping to program and get me started so that I would be comfortable to drive out by myself. I would highly recommend Phil Cross to anyone and I would definately want only him to help my family if we purchase another car. With the efforts of three people and several days my RAV4 was delivered. I titled this review "Effortless" because that is how it seemed to be for these 3 people. My arrival and meeting with Maria Fennell was actually arranged by Larry Paul from Heyward Allen Buick. I really wanted a Buick. Maria is truly a professional with added attention and a lot of caring for her customers needs. I know I have found a true and lasting friendship with Maria. Additionally, Derik Pannek and Joe Davis both worked so professionally to help me consider and re-consider options that would help "Me" decide which RAV4 to purchase. Do I like my car?
