With the efforts of three people and several days my RAV4 was delivered. I titled this review "Effortless" because that is how it seemed to be for these 3 people. My arrival and meeting with Maria Fennell was actually arranged by Larry Paul from Heyward Allen Buick. I really wanted a Buick. Maria is truly a professional with added attention and a lot of caring for her customers needs. I know I have found a true and lasting friendship with Maria. Additionally, Derik Pannek and Joe Davis both worked so professionally to help me consider and re-consider options that would help "Me" decide which RAV4 to purchase. Do I like my car? Not sure yet, however I do like the great promotion (deal) I received. Thank you Heyward Allen Toyota. I will see you for several years to come. :) Connie Brady More
