Initially, I was looking at financing an old car. However, Joe helped me to get a brand new car within my monthly budget, minus the maintenance worries of an old car. To give you a brief background - I'm a financially constrained graduate student and wanted to minimize my monthly liabilities. Also, I had just experienced the worst customer service in my life at a competing dealership before I visited Heyward Allen Toyota. Dealing with Joe was the best experience as he understood my constraints; never pushed me to a higher priced model to make more money; and worked with me to strike a win-win deal.
