Great experience I started looking for a new vehicle a couple of months ago. I had already done my research and knew I wanted either a Highlander or a Sequoia. I did take my husband, but he was leaving it up to me. Sheryl met us outside and took over from there. I had already talked with her when I wasn't sure what I wanted (I have a 2001 Avalon with 307k+miles on it) We drove the Highlander Limited and the Sequoia. I liked both and was really leaning toward the Sequoia, but my grown children didn't think I needed it!! I had almost decided to wait for the 2017, but then started doing more research and decided to go back. I had told them upfront that I would be pricing from 2 other Toyota dealerships and they were positive they could beat or match the other prices. In the end they did make it happy and now I am a proud owner of a Highlander Limited Platinum edition!!! Great people and hard workers. This is actually my 4th Toyota that I have purchased from them!!! More
