Great experience I started looking for a new vehicle a couple of months ago. I had already done my research and knew I wanted either a Highlander or a Sequoia. I did t I started looking for a new vehicle a couple of months ago. I had already done my research and knew I wanted either a Highlander or a Sequoia. I did take my husband, but he was leaving it up to me. Sheryl met us outside and took over from there. I had already talked with her when I wasn't sure what I wanted (I have a 2001 Avalon with 307k+miles on it) We drove the Highlander Limited and the Sequoia. I liked both and was really leaning toward the Sequoia, but my grown children didn't think I needed it!! I had almost decided to wait for the 2017, but then started doing more research and decided to go back. I had told them upfront that I would be pricing from 2 other Toyota dealerships and they were positive they could beat or match the other prices. In the end they did make it happy and now I am a proud owner of a Highlander Limited Platinum edition!!! Great people and hard workers. This is actually my 4th Toyota that I have purchased from them!!! More

Mitchell was not pushy and did not pressure us at any time as we pondered our purchase. Instead, he readily entertained and discussed every option, concern or question that we had. Once the deal was closed, S.L. spent a great deal of time with us explaining the features of the car, connecting our phone via blue tooth, and of course patiently answering all the question I had. I took the car home and S.L. called me the next day and asked if I was interested in a three month FREE subscription to XM radio. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership last week we knew no one, and I was somewhat apprehensive about how we would be treated. We could not have been treated more professionally and courteously than we were by Susan Wakelin, who, as I came to find out, is the sister of one of my classmates at Franklin County High School. Susan was thorough in her presentation and made us an excellent offer which we were eager to accept. Although there was a snag in the transaction that delayed the deal for a few days (not the fault of Susan or the dealership), Susan persisted and within 5 days we finished the deal. I am extremely pleased, and highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota and Susan Wakelin to anyone considering buying a Toyota. By the way, we are Chevrolet and Ford folks, but I really like my Prius!
