In past years, David worked with my wife on two occasions and was an excellent guide and facilitator as she chose those cars. David showed us several late-model 4Runners and then demonstrated quite convincingly that, since used ones had such high resale value (confirmed by our comparison shopping) a new 4Runner was a better value. Through our information seeking and decision making, David was open, supportive, patient and forthcoming. When we made our decision, he explained available 4Runner options and negotiated a price on a vehicle already on site.
