I have been to many dealers but never been to any dealer that treated me as well as the people at Heyward Allen Toyota. I bought a 2014 Scion tC back in 2014 from Sandy Springs Toyota which is now A Rick Hendrick Toyota and I moved to Athens for school. I always brought my car to Heyward Allen for my scion boost service and they treated me like I was a loyal customer even though I never even bought a car there yet. long story short I was in a car accident and my scion was totaled. The customer service had gotten so bad at the Rick Hendrick Toyota dealership in sandy springs that I refused to buy a car there again. The ownership of the dealer changed hands and that's reason why I believe the customer service went down. The people at Heyward Allen were so great that I chose to come buy a car there. The whole time between negotiating the final price and signing the papers on the car. They got me the best deal and are the kind of people that have their customers best interests and not their own. They don't talk you into anything you don't need. The sales people are also consumers and wouldn't have you purchase anything that they wouldn't get themselves.
