Today, however, I had a totally different experience at Heyward Allen Toyota. I was greeted by Mr. Harbison, and he immediately made me feel welcome. After I explained what I was looking for and my "very in the future " timeframe he still continued to explain different vehicles to me as if I was buying a car right then. He spent over an hour explaining the different features of the two cars I am considering for purchase, something none of the other dealerships did. Never once did I feel any pressure, just his genuine desire to help me find the vehicle that best suits my needs. After giving me his card, he said that if I had any questions while I was doing my research to give him a call, even if I didn't buy him. When I am ready to pull the trigger on my purchase, he will be the person I call because I know he will still be there after the sale. More
