He was vague and turned the co At the onset of talking with salesman, my husband and I both noticed he didn't answer any of our questions forthright. He was vague and turned the conversation toward how his past customers asked for too much discount from suggested msrp price. We were still willing to drive the car and also sit down and talk prices. Salesman took information and went straight to manager, which took 18 minutes. The salesman came back with a number which which we weren't completely satisfied with so we were going to politely leave. However, the salesman became very pushy and wanted to know what he could do to make a sale. We asked for a specific number that he wasn't happy with (but was less than internet suggested price, so we knew it was fair). The salesman got defensive and pushed for us to account for every dollar. Our minds were made since we had done extensive research. This made him angry, yet he kept trying to keep us from leaving. Finally, he went to the general manager and brought him back. He was absolutely the most rude man we have ever encountered in any car dealership - ever! He showed nothing but disrespect and pressure to sign an agreement. When we wouldn't, he threw his hands and paper and blamed the lack of a sale on us, the customer. Looking back, we wished we had just walked out on the salesman when we saw the high price. We should have seen the lack of professionalism and honesty. The signs were there and it'd have been a much less stressful day! More

This dealership is simply the best dealership I've ever worked with. Everybody from service to sales to parts goes above and beyond for the customers here. It's such a pleasure to be able to come here and be greeted by several employees who know me by name and not a just another customer. I've worked with all the service staff at some point or another. Brett self and Scott Tackabury are my normal advisors and they do a incredible job. They both make sure you are well taken care of and are a joy to work with. I will always do business here I recommend yall to anyone I know. I want to say thanks for all yall do to make every experience feel like your part of the team keep up the great work. When it comes time for me to trade for another car I always use David Mccoy he is just as great and easy to work with. These folks are just some of the great team at the dealership. I've never met an employee here that wasn't awesome. Thanks for everything your staff does. More

Extremely low pressure, positive atmosphere, I would absolutely have bought a car here, I just ended up finding a deal I couldn't pass up somewhere else at the last minute. David McCoy was extremely friendly and patient, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was also very helpful via phone and text. Would not hesitate to head back to Heyward Allen for my next vehicle purchase!! Can not say enough about the customer service, and the rates on used vehicles were great! More

Hassle Free Experience SL has to be one of the best salesmen that I have every had the pleasure to do business with! He sold my boyfriend and I our truck 3 years ago and aga SL has to be one of the best salesmen that I have every had the pleasure to do business with! He sold my boyfriend and I our truck 3 years ago and again helped my sister purchase her care just the other day. SL is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us and worked hard to get my sister the lowest price possible. Heyward Allen Toyota lists their used vehicles AT Kelley Blue Book value so there's no need to haggle and I never feel like someone is going to take advantage of my good nature! I will refer anyone and everyone to Heyward Allen and SL because they are the best car buying experience ever!! More

I went in looking for a particular used car (Chevy Equinox) but it was sold right before I go Thanks to Tim Jump for being such a helpful sales rep. I went in looking for a particular used car (Chevy Equinox) but it was sold right before I got there. Tim informed me of a Buick Enclave they had on the lot (just gotten on a trade in so not on public lot yet). I had wanted an Enclave but wasn't sure I could find one in my price range. Tim showed it to me with no pressure and helped me make an informative decision. He was very easy to deal with and made my buying experience the best ever (except he wouldn't give us his Tigger cup!!!). Seriously - if you need a vehicle from this dealership ask for Tim! More
