"New Car" wasn't really part of my vocabulary for a variety of reasons: 1) I'm not a big consumer; 2) My budget is tight; 3) I'd prefer to avoid drivi "New Car" wasn't really part of my vocabulary for a variety of reasons: 1) I'm not a big consumer; 2) My budget is tight; 3) I'd prefer to avoid driving altogether (but the US public transpo situation pretty much precludes that option except in a few cities): and finally, but perhaps most significantly, I had been driving a 1986 Toyota Corolla since my dear grandmother gave it to me in 1999, and she died a year later. I was attached to my car for sentimental reasons, compelling ones! S.L. Mitchell and team, however, made it easy to add "new car" to my vocabulary and to drive away in a 2015 Prius C. I honestly would have bet good money that I'd still be driving my grandmother's car today if you'd asked me before I sat down with S.L., but he listened to my perfect car scenario (read "pretty impossible to please or sell"), and then he partnered with me to figure it out. "Partnering" to figure it out vs. "selling me" a car is what made the sale possible and pleasurable. I really love my Prius, and it's perfect for me: ultra low emissions, incredible gas mileage, and a financing option that works. It’s even my preferred color, and the design feeds my nostalgia for my adopted though now too distant Warsaw home. Moreover, once I'd signed on the dotted line, my grandmother's birthday popped up as the date of the first payment. Not sure how S.L. and crew got in touch with her, but I shouldn't be too surprised. S.L. had to be working some magic to get me into a new car, a perfect car, and I trust he can do it for you, too. And once, he does, you can look forward to meeting the service team and to being well cared for by the finance team. Levi Taylor in service was thorough in explaining what to expect going forward, and Cliff Washington in Finance was patient with my many questions and thorough in addressing them. I walked in the door with some brand loyalty to Toyota, but I drove away in a new one because of the way everyone at Heyward Allen treated me and supported me in the big (and necessary!) transition from my grandmother's car to my own. At the time of purchase, we were offered an extended warrant to 100,000 miles and understood that it included mainenance. We NEVER buy extended warranties, but after calculating the cost of maintenance IN THE PRESENCE of the finance manager, we decided that this would be worth our money. Today, when I called to ask the finance manager whom I should call for additional service coupons, we were told that this was the typical expensive extended warranty, no maintenance included. We would have never spent $2000 on what has been determined by all responsible consumer protection agencies to be junk if we had been corrected as we discussed the only reason we would possibly purchase it. I will buy a Prius again from David. It's a great car and he was most helpful. I will never, ever, ever buy a service warranty from Heyward Allen again and will forever distrust their finance department. More

I was told the truck would be there by 9:00 AM; it arrived shortly after noon. Even after I was seated with the sale person, she kept getting up and down. She could not make a decision without consulting a higher up who came over and made the comment "I don't know why I'm here." I have dealt with other dealers in the past who treated me like I was the most important person in their life that day. I will not trade with Heyward Allen again, nor will I recommend them. More

They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. There are other Toyota dealerships closer to where we live, but it is worth the drive to us to go to Heyward Allen. We won't hesitate to go back whenever we need to replace or service a vehicle. We highly recommend this Toyota dealership. More
Great Purchase Experience! Initially I contacted Rob regarding the Toyota Yaris hatch, and though they didn't have one in stock at the time, he promptly contacted me the day one Initially I contacted Rob regarding the Toyota Yaris hatch, and though they didn't have one in stock at the time, he promptly contacted me the day one arrived. I went and test drove it, I thought it was alright, but didn't love it and came back about a week later to try the Prius which we ended up purchasing a few days later. I'm very thankful that I was able to work with Rob, he was patient and let me do two test drives on two separate days, which helped with my decision making. When I decided to purchase the Prius we worked out a price before I came in to the dealership and we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. Rob walked through the manuals with us, explained our Toyota Care program and where to go and helped us sync our phones to the car in addition to showing us all the "tech" features. Another plus...I tried just about every single hatchback on the market, thus I visited just about every dealership in the area, and Heyward Allen Toyota is the ONLY one that has not harassed me with constant emails, calls and text messages. They will have our business forever! Nothing about this dealership feels "sleazy". Highly recommended. More

Unlike other dealerships I have been in, he did not pressure me on a particular car. instead, He focused on explaining the features of the cars I test drove rather than on "making the sale" He was very helpful and patient. Overall a very positive sales experience 2 days later. I went in with a service issue. I had some tire whine Frankly, I went in expecting them to say "we can't hear it" I spoke with Herman in the service staff. Not only did he hear, he told me exactly what was causing the issue and put 2 new tires on it for free. That is what I call service! I am loving this car and would definitely recommend Heyward Allen Toyota to others looking for a good car. Excellent job all around!. Also I would like to thank Stephanie in the internet Department as well. She kept calling me back with information on cars in my price range, and was very friendly and helpful. My experience with her is the main reason I chose to go to Heyward Allen, having never been there before. More
