We were in the market for another car, small crossover. My husband and I were convinced the Acura RDX fit the bill...until we too a trip to the ATL to test drive. What a horrible experience it turned out to be. I was sold on the RAV 4 Limited, based entirely on research and customer satisfaction reviews. The best part was - getting to navigate this process with Maria! We kept our minds open (still with the Acura on our minds), but ultimately the RAV4 won out. Maria doesn't just "sell you a car", she works harder than any one I know, and does this with such caring and compassion. No hard sell, no haggling, no what-not...just hard work, caring, and knowledge. Thank you Heyward Allen for such a wonderful dealership and most of all for Maria! Although I felt that I knew a great deal about the vehicle, that did not deter Larry from explaining everything about the vehicle and I heard my wife "ooh" and "aah" about a few of the features. I had made up my mind that I wanted a 2011 Toyota RAV4 after talking to my friend who is an expert on cars and knows his cars. Decided I wanted to go to Heyward Allen, had never been there before. I was warmly welcomed as I entered and introduced to a very nice salesman. He listened to what I had to say and was not pushy at all. I have never done this before and he made me feel at ease. I was introduced to several different employees and they were warm and friendly. I told Phil what I wanted to look at and he took me right to them, let me drive one. I was so impressed. I had not planned on making a decision that day, but why not - found what I wanted. The feel was right. Phil has been so good about following up with calls and messages on how I was doing and was all going well. I have been traveling since I purchased my Toyota and have not had time to go by and see them, but I am. Yes, I would highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota and Phil Cross to everyone. More

Scott was very helpful to me and my wife in choosing between the Prius and the Camry Hybrid. He pointed out the merits of both and answered all our questions and had us drive both.
