Robin Smith did a GREAT job as my salesman. I was fairly picky about what I wanted in a new truck. Not only did Robin find just the truck I wanted, but he did it with a great attitude. After dealing with several other dealerships that we were not pleased with, we went to Heyward Allen Toyota. Our salesman, S.L. Mitchell was not your typical salesman type. Although we did not have any personal experience with the management, I feel that they were reasonable people to work with us as we were negotiating a deal through S.L. S.L. did go above and beyond to make a deal with us. I know we got a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase and the price we got. Even after our purchase, S.L. has been great with contacting us to make sure that we have everything we need. Our experience at this dealership and with our salesman, S.L. definitely exceeded our expectations. My salesman Marcus Craft was upbeat and interested in my needs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I desired and Seemed willing to help in any way possible to get the deal done and IMHO needs. There was an issue with the cars check engine light and performance the Very next day and I was really pleased how the service dept. and Marcus Worked together to solve the issue( water in the spark plug area had to be dried Out) it had been pressure washed when it was detailed and water got in the compartment And was affecting the preformance? Anyhow they quickly resolved The problem and it runs as smooth as silk now. I hope that pressure Washing used engines is a standard Proceedure and thAt there was not a fluid leak of any kind.
