I explained my daughter was getting married and I was just putting some thought into the process. Asked if he’d follow up in a few weeks and he did. The day I decided to make it happen Zach was off and I was then handed over the JR. He was phenomenal! I had questions, he sent me a video of cars, and helped me begin the process of the paperwork I could started before arriving. We arrived at the dealership at 4:30 and I was on the way home by 6:30. JR was very thorough and very helpful. Tyler completed the finance paperwork and made the last piece of the experience easy breezy! Highly recommend anyone to use this dealership and the 3 outstanding gentlemen that made this experience for me a fanfabulous one!! We’ve always been a Toyota family between my daughter’s in laws, my daughter and her husband, and myself. I’m 52 and I’ve only owned Toyotas with this one being my 5th car in my life. Trey's approachable demeanor made the myriad of details—from financing to accessory choices—seem less daunting. His patience and clarity, especially regarding the refundable nature of the $250 deposit, were reassuring, particularly in contrast to the non-refundable $1000 deposits I encountered elsewhere. On November 2nd, Chelsie's adept communication shone through texts, providing insightful information about my trade-in options. Despite Trey's absence due to personal commitments, the dealership's teamwork was evident as Kris, the sales manager, stepped in. Kris's dedication to tailoring the deal to my financial constraints, coupled with his genuine approach to customer service, was commendable.
