I bought a 2019 Ford Edge in 2025, after almost half a year it had Transmission issues, got it flushed at another place and black stuff came out. This flushing was repeated 3 months later and Transmission year it had Transmission issues, got it flushed at another place and black stuff came out. This flushing was repeated 3 months later and Transmission is about to go out. Offered was another vehicle and Trade-in of mine that would have made me almost $12000 up-side-down. I was told that nobody really couldn't help at this point, since I opted out on extended warranty at sales day, because of limited finances. So here I am spending $6500 out of pocket to hopefully get the car fixed. I think it was doped. This is my first dealership experience and sadly I have to say it has not been the best.
